Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003 and owner of Keller Prenatal Massage.

I received several massages over the course of my 5 pregnancies, and quickly realized that many massage therapists were scared to work on pregnant people!  All I wanted was to get relief from my aches and pains and to have a safe, calm place to relax - so that is exactly what I love providing for my own clients.

I've had a cesarean birth, 2 home births, and 2 natural hospital births, so I understand that pregnancy and birth don't always go according to plan. Recovery can be completely different than expected.  I love helping new parents navigate this exciting time with my wisdom and experience.

My passions have always been centered around families, specifically pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, infants, and children. 

I've helped many families in the past as a birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator.  I have taken several prenatal massage courses and an infant massage training.  I am a lifelong learner and recently certified as both a prenatal and children's yoga teacher.

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family.  I always say one of my favorite hobbies is sleeping, but I'm a night owl, so that's probably a bit more true in theory than in practice.  I love binge-watching shows on Netflix, having coffee with my friends, and dreaming about going on another cruise with my husband and kids.
