Rates & Services

Your appointment will be so much more than "just a massage!"  We will work together to design your treatment experience.  It may also include meditation, stretching, yoga, and breath work.

I am committed to helping you feel calm and at ease.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage can help you to relieve pain and tension in the lower back, hips, shoulders, and neck.  It can help you feel more comfortable if you have swelling, round ligament pain, headaches, or trouble sleeping.

This hour-and-a-half appointment allows you plenty of time to relax and gives me a chance to address your specific concerns through a full body massage.

90 Minutes - $200 (Full body)

Postpartum Massage

Postpartum massage can help you to feel like yourself again after birth.  The body goes through so many changes, and often experiences new aches and pains.  Massage can help by offering relief from back and shoulder pain, sore legs, hip pain, headaches, tension, and trouble sleeping.

During your session, we can identify specific areas that need attention, or you can choose to receive a full body massage for overall wellness and comfort. Choose this appointment type if you've given birth in the past 6 months.

60 Minutes - $150

90 Minutes - $200

Hypnosis

Hypnosis, or guided relaxation, is a technique used to help bring positive and long-lasting changes on a deep level to both the mind and the body.

During your hypnosis session:

  • you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation.
  • you will feel calm and relaxed, you will not feel like a ‘zombie’.
  • you will hear everything and will be in total control.
  • you will be in an awake state of relaxation.
  • you will be supported and guided toward achieving your specific goals.

Virtual and In-Person Sessions are Available

Initial Session (60-90 Minutes) - $150

Follow-Up Appointments (60 Minutes) - $150

FAQs

I'm happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have over the phone prior to your appointment, as well as when you come in for your visit.

Below are a few frequently asked questions:

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not file insurance.

You will receive a receipt for your services, which you could use to file on your own.  Please refer to your insurance company for further details if you plan to do so.

However, FSA or HSA cards are acceptable payment methods for appointments, so double check with your policy to see if massage therapy is eligible under your plan.

What about tipping?

I do not accept tips.

The prices listed for services are all-inclusive.  No tips, no add-ons, no additional fees.  I would rather that you save that money to apply toward your next massage!

If you feel like you really want to leave a tip, could you do me a favor? I would be honored if you left a review on my Facebook or Google review pages, or if you referred others to see me.

Do you massage people who are not pregnant or postpartum?

Sure, if we're a good fit!

I am a prenatal and postpartum massage specialist. The majority of the work I do is solely focused on offering my support to those clients.

However, I do accept other clients if we're a good fit. Give me a call for a phone consultation.

I want to make sure you have the best experience possible.  If you have a specific need that could be better addressed by another therapist who specializes in your areas of concern, I would love to point you in their direction!

What do I wear for my massage?

This depends on your session type.

Most visits, you will undress completely, unless you'd like to leave your underwear on.  You will be draped with a sheet except where the massage is focused at that time.

For prenatal appointments, the last part of the session is usually performed once you get dressed again, so some of the massage is performed while you are fully clothed.

We will discuss this before your appointment, and feel free to ask any questions to further clarify with me.

Are the times listed the actual time I will be on the massage table?

After your first session, the time listed WILL be actual massage time.

At your first appointment, there will be a brief consultation and we will discuss what your goals are and how I am able to help you achieve them.  This typically takes 10 minutes or so.

This is why it is important to fill out forms prior to your appointment, arrive early, use the restroom, and be ready to get started for your session.  Let's get you the most time on the table as possible, every time!

I decided to take a chance and give her services a try. I was not disappointed! I was 37 weeks pregnant at the time and had gotten previous prenatal massages before and walked away with pain. The experience with Jennifer was so different and completely relaxing. She communicated with me and made sure that I and my baby were as comfortable as possible. I will recommend her to all of my maternity clients and friends! You will not regret hiring her!
